Though the sky may be dull and the weather gloomy, there is absolutely no need for you to feel the same! Don some bright coloured crop tops in a bright orange or a blue, to add some motivation to your yoga session. If bright colours are not for you, then try some pastel shades like baby-blue or a deep-green. You can even try some bright coloured cotton jogging pants for a change.

A very important factor when choosing your yoga wear is to check the fit. You should avoid wearing anything that is too loose and could hamper your poses. However extremely body hugging or tight clothes are not ideal as they can hamper your natural breathing process. Keep rashes away by choosing yoga wear that fits you just right as does not cause any chaffing.
Opt for a wide waistband
While most women prefer to wear a sleeveless tank top while doing any workout, tank tops can often be very short. If you do not want to be flashing skin then try wearing yoga pants with a wide waistband. This will also make you look svelte while you perform those graceful asanas.
Experiment with different styles
If you are bored of wearing the same old yoga tights and tank tops then it is certainly time to take things up a notch. Pick up some tops with deep-backs or with intricate cut-outs on the sides. Layer it up with a sports bra in a florescent shade to add a pop of colour. Also try pants with mesh sides or printed patterns.
